Calling friends from Ukraine

Concentus, Eastbourne’s choir with a heart, is opening it’s doors and choir books to any adult friends from Ukraine who are local to the area and wish to come along and sing for a couple of hours on a Monday evening. Our members come from Bexhill in the east, Seaford in the west, Hailsham in the north and all areas in between.

If you have travelled to the UK and can get to Willingdon Secondary School, Broad Road, Eastbourne on a Monday evening 7.15pm to 9.30pm you are welcome to come along and sing with us for no charge. All music will be provided.

We know the power of singing in a group and the mental and physical benefits to all. This offer also extends to a member of your host family too.

Eastbourne Concert Cancelled

We’re so sorry ……….In the best interests of all concerned, we have no option but to make the extremely reluctant decision to cancel our concert on Saturday 18th December.

The ongoing pandemic is affecting so very many people, including members of our own choir, and the risks of passing on its effects have to be taken into account when organising events such as this.

We don’t like to let our audiences down at any time, and this decision has been heart-breaking for all concerned - we do hope that you understand. Ticket refunds can be obtained from point of purchase or by telephoning 07789 343514 or 07920 430162.

ANNOUNCEMENT - Seaford Concert Cancelled

Due to the uncertainties and fluidity surrounding the pandemic we have made the reluctant decision to cancel the Seaford concert this coming Saturday, 11th December. We cannot stress enough how much it saddens us to have to do this. At the moment we are still planning to go ahead with the Eastbourne concert on Saturday 18th December but will be watching the announcements relating to the pandemic very closely. Please contact 07789 343514/07920 430162 if you had a ticket for the Seaford concert and require a refund.
