We are a friendly four part harmony choir that likes to cover a broad and diverse repertoire of music genres. Whilst there is no formal “audition”, prospective members will be asked to do a short “voice test” to make sure they are seated with the most appropriate voice group for their vocal range. It will always help if you are a music reader, but it is not a prerequisite of inclusion and rehearsal tracks are available to purchase for all numbers included in any programme.
Rehearsal terms always start on the first non Bank Holiday Monday of January and September and are every Monday night until performance dates in June and December. We take a break in July and August. We rehearse from 7:15pm til 9:30pm at Willingdon Community School, Broad Road, Lower Willingdon, East Sussex BN20 9QX. We do also occasionally rehearse on Friday nights as we get close to performances.
